Lots to catch up on. Later.

...for now I just felt like mentioning the fact that I'm sitting in Dallas Love Field airport on my way to Oregon and Thomas is currently driving through Alabama on his way to Florida. Our first time apart as a married couple, and we'll be on opposite ends of the country, haha.
The past two weeks have been crazy, busy, and wonderful with surprises, graduation, family, and countless airport runs. And now we're both travelling... Thomas to his NASA competition (busy busy busy) and me to stay with Grandma Driver (yay!) and work on online classes (blahhhh...)
I have lots of pictures and posts to catch up on... it will happen... sometime... but for now my flight is about to board.

oh so excited!

Graduation is in THREE DAYS! I'm all done with exams and just have a little internship paper to write (which is proving hard to do). Thomas has one more exam tomorrow, and of course his monstrous NASA project to keep working on. Check out how cool it is!

Thomas's parents and grandma and my dad get here on Friday, and it's going to be such a fun, busy weekend with graduation and baccalaureate and picnics and family reunions! It's been so hard to focus this week, I'm just SO excited to see everyone :)

Engineering Banquet

Every year the engineering department has a banquet to recognize the seniors. They are knighted into the "Order of St. Patrick" who is apparently the patron saint of engineers! There was a speaker, and the seniors made a hilarious video of their JBU engineering experience.

All dressed up and ready to go

We had problems with the self-timer on the camera (hence Thomas's funny expression)

Waiting to be knighted

Thomas about to have his head taken off about to be knighted "Sir Thomas Congdon of the Order of St. Patrick"

Repeating their "vows" after being knighted

The seniors! Minus a few...
